Benefits INFORMATION

  • Health and dental insurance benefits begin on the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. If you have questions regarding the plans, rates, etc, please contact our Client Manager, Nikki Moisan at nmoisan@sterlingagency.com.

  • Expressions covers 70% of health and dental insurance costs, with the other 30% deducted directly from your paystub every other week.

  • You may contribute as much or as little to your 401(k) as you'd like, however, we recommend that each individual considers contributing at least 3%, as Expressions provides a full match of this first 3%. Additionally, Expressions matches 0.5% of each of the next two employee contribution percentages, meaning a 4% employee contribution is met with a 3.5% match from Expressions, and a 5% contribution is met with a 4% match from Expressions. Overall, if an employee contributes 5% to their 401(k), Expressions matches 4%, yielding an overall 9% contribution.

  • To request a day of PTO, an instructor simply has to complete the "PTO Request Form" found on this page, while also submitting a time-off request through Opus1, as usual.
