EMA Facility Needs, Repairs, & Maintenance
Does one of the EMA facilities need a little help? Is something broken? Is there a plumbing or heating/AC issue? Do you notice that some lightbulbs need replacing or paint needs a touch-up?
Here’s what to do:
Let Jess or Alex know about the problem and seek their approval to have it serviced.
Upon receiving approval from Jess or Alex, contact one of the service providers below and tell them about what’s going on and in which location. Set up a time with them to come out and take care of the problem.
DETROIT PLAN A:
Send a text through Expressions to Mike Bulbuk at (248) 504-1637. Mike already has keys and door codes to all of our locations, so he can service them on his own without anyone having to meet him. He will send an email to Mark with his invoice once the work is complete. You don’t need to worry about compensation details.
DETROIT PLAN B:
If Mike is unavailable and the need is urgent, you can contact Mr. Handyman at (248) 642-2282. Tell them about the problem and where it is and see if they can come out any sooner. If so, they will need someone to meet them there as they will not have any keys/door codes. They will send us an invoice once they are done, so you don’t need to worry about compensation details.
